I'm sure there are others who do this, but it was easier to make my own list. Here are the goal differential for each teams without the extra shoot-out goal awarded to the winning team and no empty net goals as requested. Epct = gf*gf/(gf*gf + ga*ga)
also known as the Pythagorean expectation.
